As an Experience Architect, Doug bridges the gap between design and development. With over ten years of industry experience, Doug has developed award winning solutions for web, desktop, and embedded devices.

An early adopter of Microsoft's Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), Doug has contributed to work presented at Microsoft’s PDC and incorporated into early builds of the .NET 3.0 software development kit (SDK). His client-work and personal projects have been showcased on Channel9 and MSDN.

Prior to thirteen23, Doug was a Principle Technologist at frogdesign, where he served as the technical lead on a number of major accounts, including Microsoft, GE, HP, and SAP.

Doug has a B.A in Philosophy and Anthropology from Grinnell College.
